I am from Liberia. In many developing countries, service in every sector is deplorable. The root cause of corruption is in schools, where students and teachers participate in corrupt practices. Teachers will molest girls for grades and girls that refused to be molested are forced to pay huge sums of money to go through school. Boys on the other hand have to pay no matter what. The only solution is to study very hard to pass, otherwise you constantly have to pay bribes. Once these students or teachers get in the public sector it get worse. Every office you go to, you have to pay bribes if you intend to get serve. Some parents with money will even pay teachers to move their children forward. Worse of all is if the student parent is a public figure they will never show up for school but they are promoted with everyone else.
The goal of this app is to allow everyone to have the chance to report issues anonymously so as to protect their identity. This will prevent them from being in danger.
The app will be created with few options that users will choose from (ex. Rape, Tell on a Teacher, Tell on a Student, and many others)
complaints will include location or building name. and person providing service name. Then this information will be put in an analytic engine that the world can view and see wish country is the most corrupt. Which teacher or student from which school is the most corrupt. This app will revolutionized whistle blowing.
