Inspiration
We were just 4 informatics students at Epitech looking for new tastes, and wanted to use your skills for something that inspired us. We didn't know much about poaching and illegal wildlife trafics, but we wanted to see what we could change and we wanted to bring some of yours expertises into this reality. We conceptualized "Report Minorities", a wink to the famous movie "Minority Report"
What it does
an IA will scrape suspicious websites putted in a URL anuary. (website URL, deepweb URL) It will look for keyworks and then, will analyse intentions of the keyword sentence thanks to the Natural Language Processing. (https://monkeylearn.com/natural-language-processing/) Thereby, we will generate datas with theses keywords like species names, price, offer, but also with pictures analysed by the IA. The IA can also choose to flag the website for a humain checking if he is defined suspicious

We need:
- website URL anuary ( also deepWeb URL)
- Species keywords, keyword around poaching and illegal wildlife trafic
- Servers
- Rendering machines

Your challenge was to find, with your knowledges, what we could develop against poaching and illegal wildlife trafic and by this beat this exponential disease.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We are proud to introduce "Report Minorities", a four Epitech student project that can represent a real betterment for futurs wildlife project. And it's also a real pleasure to contribute to a hackathon and bring back some memories from this experience.
What I learned
We learned lot of things about poaching and wildlife trafic. We also develop your informatic skills, soft skills, and we lived a great brainstorming and 'developing a project' experience
