Inspiration

Managing cloud operations is often slow, repetitive, and error-prone. We wanted to streamline these processes and empower teams with a tool that automates routine tasks, reduces human error, and saves time.

What it does

ReplyNow is a smart platform that automates cloud operations via a chat-based interface and intuitive GUI. It helps teams:

  • Access architectural guidance without manual meetings (RAG)
  • Deploy and manage cloud resources instantly (Execute)
  • Monitor costs, enforce compliance, and generate reports automatically (Advisory & FinOps)

How we built it

  • Leveraged Amazon Bedrock for AI-driven workflows.
  • Integrated Bedrock AgentCore to extend automation and connect third-party tools (e.g., Strends for reports).
  • Built a frontend, backend, and agent-core system, deployed in sequence for smooth functionality.
  • Designed a GUI + chat interface for both technical and non-technical users.

Challenges we ran into

  • Integrating AI-driven guidance with live cloud operations without causing security risks.
  • Ensuring the system could handle multiple automated tasks simultaneously.
  • Making the GUI intuitive for non-technical users while keeping full control for DevOps teams.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Enabled non-technical users to access cloud governance tools safely.

  • Expand integrations with additional third-party cloud tools and AWS Services.
  • Industrialise the system by using Pipeline to deploy resources and IaC to report changes on repositories.
  • Introduce predictive insights for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance AI guidance to proactively suggest improvements and prevent issues before they occur.
  • Make ReplyNow the go-to platform for fully automated, intelligent Cloud Operations.
