Reply to Robocall

One of my suggestions is to come up with a software reply program that will return all of the Robocalls through an autmatic reply that would flood their system. And if we can come up with some sort of "screaming signal system in the reply, much the same that a fax machine will do and that will repeat itself several times over a short period, this would potentially arrest the system. With each Robocall doing this, it would potentially shut the system down.
