Inspiration

We spend hours daily replying to messages, recording content, and repeating ourselves in different channels. What if we had a scalable version of ourselves that could do all that — intelligently, respectfully, and personally?

What it does

RepliTwin lets users create a digital AI version of themselves that:

Understands their tone, logic, and personality

Speaks using their own voice

Generates video avatars for meetings, pitches, and messages

Automatically replies to emails, Reddit threads, LinkedIn DMs, or voice queries

Can act in different modes: professional, casual, or educational

Includes an analytics dashboard to monitor how well your twin is performing

Offers optional review/approval before replies are sent

Supports advanced customization via paid plans

How we built it

We used Bolt.new to rapidly generate the core UI, workflows, and app structure. We integrated:

Gemini for personality-aware language generation

ElevenLabs to synthesize voices

Tavus to create personalized video responses

Supabase to manage user identity and data

Netlify for a fast, reliable frontend

RevenueCat for monetization via subscriptions

Challenges we ran into

Balancing privacy with personalization (user control is key)

What we learned
