Inspiration

As a solopreneur, I felt the constant struggle of wearing multiple hats — marketing, sales, support, tech, and more. I imagined a world where I could scale myself into multiple specialized clones, each handling one role with my exact skills and style. This idea led to Repliqa, a platform to help solopreneurs work like a team of 10 — without burning out.

What it does

Repliqa allows anyone to create skill-based AI clones of themselves. You train a single "central Replica" once, and then spawn multiple clones for different tasks — like sales, marketing, support, or tech. Each clone retains your personality, learns continuously, and can be managed easily through a dashboard.

How we built it

We combined:

OpenAI GPT-4o for advanced, human-like conversations.

A vector database to store skill-based memory and personalized context.

React for the web dashboard where users manage clones and assign tasks.

Pika Labs & Canva to create demo visuals and prototype video assets.

The architecture is modular, so new capabilities (like voice or video) can easily be integrated later.

Challenges we ran into

Creating a unified skill model that can be shared by multiple clones without re-training.

Designing a UI that is powerful yet simple for non-technical users.

Balancing personality consistency with flexibility in different roles.

Building and polishing a functional MVP within tight hackathon timelines.
