Insights aren't just confined to marketing metrics, such as likes or shares, they can instead reveal the true, live thoughts and opinions of the consumers who buy products or services. Therefore, they should be spread across the entire organization.
What it does
RepFluence is a tool that helps you hear what the world is saying about your brand across millions of online sources. It also enables you to get to know your customers better and detect if there's a crisis situations looming online.
How we built it
Twitter API to fetch online conversations. expert.ai for text and sentiment analysis. PHP for backend. HTML for frontend.
Challenges we ran into
Integration with Facebook since most of the public conversation happening is not accessed via API.
