We built an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform focused on Bengaluru using Hermes Agent by Nous Research as the autonomous reasoning layer. The goal of the project was to create a conversational system that could understand natural language, search across real estate data sources, analyze investment opportunities, and respond through both text and voice in real time.
The inspiration came from the growing complexity of property discovery in rapidly expanding cities like Bengaluru. Buyers and investors often struggle to compare areas, understand infrastructure growth, analyze future appreciation, and navigate fragmented information across multiple platforms. We wanted to create a system that behaves more like an intelligent real estate advisor instead of a traditional property search engine.
The core architecture combines a modern web application with autonomous AI agents and search infrastructure. Hermes Agent acts as the central orchestration layer that understands user intent and dynamically decides which tools and data sources to use. Instead of hardcoding workflows, Hermes can reason about requests and call external systems autonomously.
