Due to the increased global warming and the crucial need to save our resources, I built this app prototype in compliance with the 13th SDG goal, 'Climate action', and the 3Rs.

This app allows people to store materials like paper, plastic, cardboard, etc, and give them to their country's collection center so that the local authorities can pick them up. For every 10kg of materials deposited, the person receives 10 points which can be used anywhere to buy anything.

I built this app prototype using Figma.

I'm very new to building app prototypes so it was difficult to get started. I already had a couple of ideas for the app but the hard part was executing it.

This was my first app prototype and I'm satisfied with the results. It might not be extremely user-friendly or an ideal app but it's the start of something.

I've learned the basics of Figma and I've also learned a valuable lesson that if you have an idea and want to make it into your reality, it's possible even if you have no prior experience and you can only get better.

Make the app more user-friendly by including boxes to type or even a location pinpoint map. After the app prototype has been developed with much more research and studying, I hope to make this prototype into a real app through coding.
