Inspiration
The increasing demand for energy and the harmful effects of fossil fuels on the environment inspired us to focus on renewable energy. Issues like climate change, pollution, and depletion of non-renewable resources motivated us to explore sustainable energy solutions. At the same time, we were interested in understanding a major challenge — the unpredictability of renewable resources like solar and wind energy. What it does This project explains how renewable energy sources work and highlights their benefits. It also focuses on the problem of unpredictability, such as changes in sunlight and wind speed, which affect energy generation. The project may include methods to manage this issue, like energy storage systems (batteries) and hybrid systems combining multiple energy sources. How we built it We built this project by: Studying different renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and hydro power Collecting data on how weather conditions affect energy production Creating models/diagrams to show energy generation Analyzing solutions like battery storage and smart grids to handle fluctuations Presenting the information in a clear and structured format (charts, reports, or prototypes) Challenges we ran into Renewable energy sources are not constant (sunlight and wind vary) Difficulty in collecting accurate real-time data Understanding and explaining technical concepts in a simple way Designing solutions to store energy efficiently Limited resources or tools for building advanced models Accomplishments that we're proud of Gained a clear understanding of renewable energy systems Successfully explained the problem of unpredictability Proposed practical solutions like energy storage and hybrid systems Created a well-organized and informative project Increased awareness about sustainable energy use What we learned Renewable energy is clean and essential for the future Natural resources like sun and wind are not always reliable Energy storage plays a key role in solving unpredictability Technology like smart grids can improve efficiency Teamwork and research are important in solving real-world problems What's next for Renewable Energy Development of better battery storage systems Use of AI and smart grids to predict and manage energy supply Integration of multiple renewable sources (solar + wind + hydro) More efficient and affordable renewable technologies Government support and public awareness for wider adoption Inspiration
