Remote Pi controller

Inspiration

I had been to visit in an industry once where there were many CNC machines which took a long time to complete a single job. Thus, thinking of a solution for a constant need of an operator I decided to build remote control that could control the ON/OFF state using a web page.

How it works

The working of the project requires the user to be on same network as the Raspberry-Pi and then connecting to the WebIOPi service on the web browser through the Pi's address gives a page for controls.

Challenges I ran into

The first time setup of the Raspberry-Pi was the biggest challenge I faced while designing. If u have a Raspberry-Pi already setup, Then its pretty easy to get hold of the things.

What I learned

I learned a lot about the range of applications of what I built and am inspired to build further more innovative projects.
