Inspiration
The ongoing pandemic restricted the crucial interaction between doctors and patients. So, we decided to create a platform that connects them all from the comfort of their homes.
What it does
A web platform where users can view doctors and their qualifications and arrange an appointment with them.
How we built it
We used a variety of tools and languages including Javascript, Node.js, Socket.io, FireBase, React, etc.
Challenges we ran into
Since this was our first hackathon, everything was new to us. We had problems managing our time and the tools we used were fairly new to us which caused implementation of some features to take longer than needed.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The biggest accomplishment for us was that we learned a lot and had fun.
What we learned
We learned to co-operate in a team environment, spread tasks evenly and maintain a big project under a time constrain.
What's next for Remote Medical Response
We plan to implement all of the features that we desired by releasing regular updates until we are satisfied with the product.
