Inspiration

With the work culture steadily shifting to the “Work from home” paradigm, the success of any organization largely depends on the coordination of the team as well as the retention of the topics discussed, to ensure that there is a strong reference point to work with. We have built a product that aims to service just this requirement. Using Machine Learning, Django Framework and numerous APIs and sub-application, the application can not only schedule meetings, allow you to view the lined up meetings, but allows gives you the ability to have every meeting summarized and sent to you via Email, thus eliminating the problems caused due to the lack of communication and incessant discussion in the work from home environment!

What it does

Meetings are integral, from giant corporations to small enterprises organize meetings for various reasons. Although a routine activity, it has its set of challenges that can, at times, mar the overall purpose. One of the biggest problems faced is writing the Minutes of the Meeting. Some of the issues that come up with manual scribbling of minutes of meetings is that there is no time for ideation and discussion during the meeting. Redundancy of information makes the job tedious.When noted manually, lack of attention at one particular moment in the meeting may result in potential discrepancy in further content. The process also gets cumbersome when the minutes need to be analyzed, segregated and sent to the stakeholders. There is significant friction in creating meetings and sending links across all participants, which often leads to lack of participation or deferring of the topic at hand.
