The key innovation is the integration of the Google Gemini API, which acts as the intelligent physiotherapy assistant. Gemini processes pose-estimation data, IoT biosignals, and session context, then generates structured clinical reports, accuracy feedback, progress insights, and next-step exercise recommendations.
By combining CV-based motion tracking with Gemini’s multimodal reasoning, the system transforms raw rehabilitation activity into meaningful medical insights. Doctors receive automatic session summaries, performance scoring, and recovery predictions, enabling remote monitoring and reducing manual documentation workload.
