Never miss an important deadline again. If you’ve ever used Airtable to manage a list with due dates, there is a manual process of following up on actions, tasks, or users. Not anymore. With the reminders block, you can easily send a reminder email to the owner of the task in one click. No manual effort required.

Easily manage and filter large lists of customer outreach, company todos, or other data-based action items. Filter out those which are completed and easily follow up with the task owners in one click!

How we built it

We build this reminder block using the new Blocks SDK alongside an email server hosted on Heroku. When a user clicks the “remind” button, an email is sent to the task owner with information about the task and when it’s due.
