Inspiration

This school year is overwhelming as everything is remote and it is difficult to keep track of school tasks for everyone as there is so many platform that schools are using in order to deliver their content. Therefore, a personalized reminder list would be a great help for students.

What it does

This project is a webpage that allow user to monitor their daily tasks by adding the tasks they need to do or remove the tasks they have done in the list.

How I built it

Together with my teammate, I build the back-end functionality such as the list database and authorization part, meanwhile my teammate design the user interface of all pages such as login, sign up and the main page.

Challenges I ran into

At first I still don't know how pull request would work , but when I collaborate with my teammate, I figure out how to merge pull request. Also at the same time, this is the first time I build a project which I code the authentication therefore it took a lot of testing for me to figure out how session works.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I'm proud of creating a project where users can have their own account and also I'm very happy with my first time implementation of authentication in a project.

What I learned

I learn how to lead a project and divide tasks to my teammate at the same time . Also I learn how to personalized a user account which is a really cool milestone for my project development progress.

What's next for Reminder for school

I will add a calendar feature with some upgraded authentication.
