Inspiration

What it does

Reminder Bot is a simple, user-friendly bot that helps people stay organized with their volunteer commitments and community tasks. Users can:

• Set reminders for volunteer events and deadlines
• Get notifications via WhatsApp/email when deadlines are approaching
• Track their community impact over time
• Share volunteer opportunities with friends

How we built it

We built Reminder Bot using:

• Node.js backend for processing reminders
• Twilio API for WhatsApp/SMS notifications
• MongoDB for storing user data and reminders
• A simple web interface for easy task management

Challenges we faced
