Inspiration

In the US there are 45M+ Mexican immigrants that moved there to find higher wages and be able to send money back to their families in Mexico. With our remittance solution we want to help these people save their hard earned money on remittance fees.

What it does

Remidly is a Remittance-As-A-Service (RaaS) solution that uses stablecoins to make overseas money transfers cheaper for remittance providers and their clients.

How we built it

We built a back-end in node.js and mobile app in react native.

Challenges

We ran into We had some issues at the moment of deploying the app on iOS.

We integrated many Rapyd APIs in one solution

What we learned

Rapyd APIs have almost infinite use cases and can be used to build truly scalable payment solutions
