It provides a seamless, dual-interface system for patients to easily find and book verified doctors, and for doctors to efficiently manage their consultations and treatment plans.

Born from the observation of widespread friction in accessing healthcare and the escalating burnout among medical professionals, RemedyEase serves as an intelligent bridge between patients needing guidance and doctors wanting to provide it efficiently.

RemedyEase manages the entire patient journey through a comprehensive suite of tools:

Dual-Interface System: Separate, intuitive dashboards for patients (to search doctors, book appointments, and manage records) and doctors (to manage schedules, patient communication, and issue prescriptions).

Complete Healthcare Loop: The platform supports the full cycle of care:

AI-Driven Triage: A patient-facing AI asks targeted questions to understand symptoms and provide initial diagnostic insights.

Live Consultation: Patients connect with doctors via integrated, secure live chat (Socket.IO) and peer-to-peer video calls (WebRTC).

Digital Prescription: Doctors can securely generate and issue digital e-prescriptions directly to the patient within the platform, completing the treatment loop.

Advanced Dual AI Assistant Model: Powered by the high-speed Groq API, this system provides two distinct AI partners:

Patient Diagnostic AI: An interactive assistant that triages symptoms to guide patients to the correct level of care.

Technical Architecture

RemedyEase is a fully functional and deployed MERN stack application, built with a focus on security and scalability.

Tech Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

Architecture: It features a unique dual-backend architecture, with separate Node.js/Express.js servers for patient and doctor data to enhance security, data isolation, and scalability.

Real-time & AI: Leverages WebRTC for video, Socket.IO for chat, and the Groq API for instantaneous AI responses.

Deployment: The application is fully live, with the frontend deployed on Vercel and the dual backends on Render.
