Inspiration
There are reports on the long-term health impacts of people recovered from COVID-19, including lung scarring, cardiovascular complications, dizziness, headache, and cognitive impairment, etc.
When searching online, there are a bunch of home remedies for recovery, most of them are not backed by science nor clinically proven.
In light of this, here we proposed a recovery information app based on citizen science and big data.
What it does
There are mainly 3 features:
The app will extract validated information from reliable sources such as academic seminars/ journals and present it in a simple and easy-to-understand manner for the public.
Users can feedback on whether a particular remedy worked and the amount/ frequency they did it.
The system will compare this result to their health conditions and personal info (gender/ age/ethnic background), and this information will be available for academics to do analysis (after de-identification of data).
How we built it
- UI design and prototyping using Figma
Challenges we ran into
Our goals are ambitious and time crunch was a challenge. Also, most of our members had no experience in UI design and prototyping with Figma.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We built a prototype!
What we learned
We learnt a lot about using Figma for prototyping
What's next for Relytics
Building a real app!
- expand to other illnesses
Built With
