Inspiration

The goal is to reshape the narrative of the fitness industry to analyze relative strength and focus on the uniqueness of each individual as they start their fitness journey. When it comes to fitness, weight and PRs are so variable. It’s easy just to have a blanket metric for a good weight but you really should think about weight relative to your body. Imagine you spend your whole life over-exerting yourself by trying to move (for example) 2x your body weight for leg day, and end up with long-term health issues & pains.

What it does

This app helps people see things relatively so that they can measure strength even as their weight fluctuates or stays the same & pair that with how their body performs each day by leveraging wearable fitness tech data so we can add context both ways. It analyzes health data inputted by the user and connects with APIs for fitness tech. It also has an AI fitness assistant and uses AI to analyze videos and help a user verify claims by influencers.

How we built it

We used bubble to build the app, and Python for some of the interactions with LLMs.

Challenges we ran into

LLM APIs cost money, and downloading all the different libraries and dependencies properly to do some video analytics was difficult. Time constraints.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Front end web page works well, able to use API to send requests

What we learned

How LLM APIs worked,

What's next for Rely

Completed video analytics, potentially analyzing exercise form using body tracking in the future.
