Inspiration Disasters often cut off internet access when people need help the most. We wanted to build an offline AI assistant that runs on low-power devices and provides life-saving guidance.

What it does ReliefGPT delivers first aid, survival tips, and local relief info without internet. It supports multi-language queries and runs on devices like Raspberry Pi or laptops.

How we built itWe used a lightweight gpt-oss model, fine-tuned it with WHO and humanitarian guides, and optimized it for edge hardware. A simple CLI interface makes it accessible anywhere.

Challenges we ran into Running LLMs offline on low-power devices, ensuring safe, accurate advice, and handling multi-language input.

Accomplishments that we're proud of Running gpt-oss offline on Raspberry Pi
