Inspiration
A lack of ability to find new music to match the mood you're in
What it does
A quick Buzzfeed-style quiz which determines mood which then passes this mood to a tree classification which can determine "moods" of random new songs from Spotify.
How we built it
Using Python back-end connected to a HTML,CSS, and javascript front-end using Flask.
Challenges we ran into
Connecting the front-end to the back-end.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning how to use Flask, learning how to make an eye-catching website, and developing a nice presentation.
What we learned
Solving problems which haven't been tackled before and using different languages that can communicate with one another.
What's next for relaxnation
Finishing the workflow Flask aspect.
