Our first users have started using Relations only a few hours after we released it in the marketplace. We’ve never experienced such a quick response with any of our other add-ons, so naturally we were quite surprised!
Now, x days later, we have a modest amount of trial users who are managing companies and contacts in Relations. We have active conversations with any user that wants to tell us their story and their experience with the add-on. And we’re slowly but steadily learning more and more about them and their goals.
I know we’ve said this many times before, but we mean it when we say that we love hearing from our users! So keep sending anything that’s on your mind, good and bad, we can handle it. Your feedback has helped us fix a few bugs already and helps us learn about more and more the add-on.
