Inspiration
We were shooting and sharing YouTube videos of vacant houses in Mombasa to help fellow students find houses when we noticed the big issue with landlords and tenant relations. Usually the landlord hires a property management firm who is not as invested in the tenants welfare therefore a bad living experience. To make matters worse these firms charge huge fees for services they don't give efficiently.
What it does
We therefore opted to better the living experience for the Tenants and make property management easy for landlords. We offer virtual Property Management services using a robust and feature rich software.our business model is a Freemium DIY package for the landlords with all the features except marketing and our 24/7 concierge service. Then a PRO package with all features plus a dedicated team of professionals with repair skills ready for dispatch, marketing for the property and 24/7 concierge services for a Flat fee of KSH 500.
How we built it
We built the webapp and used webflow to make the android app version.
Challenges we ran into
Labor. Since we are a small team, alot of the tasks took longer than they should have.

56 units under management to date.
