Inspiration

Through creating user journeys, the team identified the investor pain point on Fidelity.ca. We also conducted thorough interviews with the end-users, financial advisors, and Fidelity staff to understand the business model and current state. By leveraging empathy, we are driven to provide a solution to Fidelity.

What it does

  6. Connection to financial advisors via a recommendation system

What's next for Reimagining Fidelity.ca

The vision for the project is to create a collaborative ecosystem, supporting Fidelity to develop new investment products driven by machine learning. Overall the solution strengthens relationships between the three stakeholders. We will take action on conducting in-depth research to polish the web content and develop the site.
