Problem

With the exponential increase in technology all of humanity has become heavily dependent on it. You can know about everything and anything in existence, talk to friends and many many more.

Imagine a scenario where you can’t communicate or share your resources with your family and others. Or you want to let others know about danger and safe zones. Making everyone around you more secure. For example during Texas blackout people were not able to get access to the safe zones and resources nearby.

Solution

Regrow is an attempt towards providing an efficient solution to lead a secure life. This all in one app lets you mark dangers and safe zones in real life and share it with others.

To tackle afore-mentioned issues, Regrow can be used as a platform to make this place more secure than ever. For example- as it was mentioned before during Texas blackout people were not able to find about resources and thus Regrow solves it by using our offline features to share locations about resources.

About

Regrow provides a simple, elegant and easy-to-use user interface. We have made this mobile application using Firebase cloud database thus providing fast resource sharing. With just one click you can mark out the resources and share it with others.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into many challenges along the way and we were able to pass all of those hurdles with our teamwork and effort. Knowing how hard an app can become to access if the user interface gives obsolete functions, we focused on making our interface simple yet efficient. We made it in a way that you’d be able to share about resources and let people know about dangers with one click.
