The Issue: Registration information of property / vehicle is very crucial to identify current and previous ownership. In absence for secure way to validate chain of ownership, same property / vehicle can be fraudulently sold to multiple person. Similarly, we always want to keep records of financial transaction, communication in a way which cannot be manipulated and can be referenced in future. Hence there is need for system which allow creation of data which cannot be manipulated but can be extended.

Solution: We propose a Blockchain based solution that can trace the history of manipulations made to a Record (hereby referred to as a Smart Contract).

Smart Contracts are codes that reside on a global network of connected computers and can be interacted with to manipulate or read the information stored on them.

Since a Smart Contract is a piece of software running on a global network of computers, it is available all the time and can establish the identity of a person trying to read or manipulate it and can accordingly allow or block the action as well as report unauthorized activities.

Using Aadhar to verify the participants in the network.

Since every property needs to registered under a valid Aadhar number and the counterparties in a transaction need Aadhar numbers registered with the network, the possibility of creating an orphan property is eliminated. Impact: A safe & regulated decentralized application for recording ownership and transfer of registration of vehicles & properties without any threats of modification and/or unavailability of data. The app ensures the traceability of the chain of ownership is maintained.
