Inspiration
Make student registration to institutions of higher learning fun, effective, cool and interactive using Facebook's Messenger App.
What it does
The App basically is under development but only has an autoresponder.
How I built it
I used Facebook Messenger and Node.js to just get the messenger working with an autoresponder.
Challenges I ran into
Starting off was hard but I got help from the Facebook Developers Nairobi group.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I was able to do a simple and working autoresponder after almost 2 years of struggle.
What I learned
I learned that collaboration and team work is effective. I would not have even started if I did it alone.
What's next for register-course
I will need to collaborate on this one with other developers, though I missed the initial meeting due to prior engagements. This is will be my first participation and I am open to work with anyone who is available (or is a late comer like myself ;-)
