Inspiration

I've had some bad experiences with Managers and being micromanaged and I know I am not alone

What it does

Creates a blockchain that hands over team management to the team. Reports, Reviews, feedback are essentially done by the team collectively through the Blockchain and Neural Network. Features

• REGL - DSL REPL the allows you to collect data from the blockchain and store it in your own department specific DB to perform analytics. Also uses Pytorch to do deep learning
• CockroachDB - For analytics
