Inspiration
There are many drug addicts in my home area, that is Mombasa, Kenya. And many of them are afraid of asking for help from someone face to face. That's when the idea of creating an AI that can help them.
What it does
This project helps those who are seeking freedom from drugs and want better lives for themselves, it can give them daily ways to abstain from drugs and the benefits of this. It also gives the user nearby rehab centers as long as they provide their location. Though it does not recommend or prescribe medicines to users, as this may be fatal.
How we built it
The project was built from Google AI studio, and integrated in kotlin for an Android App.
Challenges we ran into
Making the project answer questions related to rehab only, as many users can use it for other things out of context.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating a project that will help the community and global at large, to create drug free members who will build the community.
What we learned
Using AI in solving world problems is the future, as long as it is given the right data to process.

Partnering up with Rehub facilities for them to use this project with their clients
