Inspiration
After being denied check-in and a refund for a hotel booking in Singapore, and then missing a connecting flight in Malaysia due to delays—with no real-time alerts from the booking app and no refund or compensation—I believe it’s high time someone stepped up and did something about it.
What it does
Refund is a consumer protection app for hotel and flight bookings. When a merchant or platform refuses a legitimate refund or imposes unfair terms, Refund provides real-time case tracking and legal/financial support to help users document evidence, file appeals, and accelerate the refund process—safeguarding their rights.
How we built it
We choose the Google AI Studio to build multi-agent and use Gemini-2.5-flash to interfer .And finally,Using Google AI studio deploy on the Google Cloud Run.
Challenges we ran into
To design a real process of refund.Spend time to be familar with how to build and practice the google adk.And finally,I choose the Google AI studio to build and depoly the app on the Cloud Run.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Never give up.Starting from real-world scenarios, find the core problem and turned the idea into a product.Switch thought quickly.
What we learned
How to depoly the repo to Google Cloud Run by Google AI studio and some core concepts like mcp、A2A by learning the resources of Google develop document、draw wireframe.
What's next for Refund
Based on the real-world scenarios,to collect feedback and test.Then improve the performance of UX.
