What it does## π₯ ReflexForge β One Shot Prompt Build + Custom Domain Challenge
π§ Inspiration
The idea for ReflexForge came from a desire to build a game that challenges both the mind and reflexes β something that feels simple to play, but sharpens cognitive ability through evolving visual and auditory patterns. I wanted to see how far I could push a single AI-generated one-shot prompt, turning it into a fully playable, polished game with no manual tweaks β just raw AI-to-app execution.
β How It Was Built
I used Bolt.new with a one-shot prompt that described the entire app in a single instruction. The AI generated the UI, game logic, and interactions based on that input. Then, I customized the domain using Entri and published it under the custom domain:
π ReflexForge.me
Everything β from the start screen to tile logic, audio feedback, and round-based difficulty scaling β was AI-generated and refined through iteration within the one-prompt limit.
π§ͺ What I Learned
- How to craft ultra-precise prompts that result in modular, working code with zero manual coding.
- How AI agents interpret abstract gameplay logic like feedback loops, visual/audio sequencing, and adaptive difficulty.
- How to deploy on a custom domain seamlessly via the Bolt.new x IONOS integration.
β Challenges Faced
- Designing pattern logic that felt fair but progressively harder.
- Getting the AI to understand per-click validation and sound-based feedback clearly through a single prompt.
- Optimizing the visual layout for both desktop and mobile while staying within the one-shot constraint.
- Picking a domain name that reflected the tone of the game and stood out: ReflexForge.me was the perfect match.
ReflexForge is proof that a great idea, the right prompt, and a powerful AI can deliver a real, playable product β all in one shot.
Important notes for judges
- The duplicated bolt.new/~/ link was submitted because for some reason I was not able to make it public. nonetheless, the whole prompt is shown in the video.
- The shot was one prompt with the default deploy and domain discussion prompt as shown in the video. There is one external commit for adding the bolt logo.
