Inspiration
We wanted to build a system that measures multiple aspects of human performance, combining reaction, accuracy, and memory into one platform.
What it does
Runs force, distance, reaction (visual and auditory), and memory tests, providing real-time feedback and performance metrics.
How we built it
Using an Arduino with an FSR, ultrasonic sensor, touchpad, buzzer, LED, and LCD to create multiple interactive test modes.
Challenges we ran into
Calibrating sensors, ensuring accurate timing for reaction tests, and integrating multiple modes into one system.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successfully combining physical, sensory, and cognitive benchmarks into a single, working system with real-time feedback.
What we learned
How to interface multiple sensors, manage timing, and design systems that measure and evaluate user performance.
What's next for Reflex Lab
Add data logging, improve scoring algorithms, and expand tests for more advanced cognitive and motor benchmarking.
