Inspiration
A mental health crisis sweeps the country, but the current mental health system allows for little transparency, communication and trust. We decided to take action.
What it does
A platform that highlights physical cues and negative body language, and presents it to a healthcare professional.
How we built it
With Reflex's python web framework and Gemini API serving as the backend.
Challenges we ran into
Understanding and adapting to to the different environment that Reflex introduced to us.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating a working chatbot, breaking down uploaded videos of therapy sessions with detailed descriptions of physical behaviors.
What we learned
How to work with Gemini's API and the opportunity that it presented us as well as trying out new technologies like Reflex.
What's next for Reflection
More opportunity for therapist patient communication and allow therapists to have more tools at their disposal in order to enable them to do the best job they can.
