Concerning increase of housing crisis ,and possible investment opportunities, in Italy
What it does
Predicting the financial future of the user's real estate. Providing recommendations towards renting, buying, or selling their property by analyzing the data from last 20 years from multiple Italian cities.
How we built it
We used TensorFlow and Scikit-learn frameworks of Python to build a multi-layer neural network to process complex and large data. We also used Flask and HTML to build a front-end for our web application.
Challenges we ran into
Training, testing and finding a large data set suitable for our purpose was one of the hardest things we had to deal with.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Good time management and building a multi layer neural network from scratch.
