The Spark Behind ReelHunter: Our Promise to South Africa's Talent It started with a frustration I know many of you share. A frustration with the cold, silent abyss of the job market. We saw brilliant people—coders, creators, strategists, builders—all reduced to a single, flat piece of paper. A CV. A document that could never truly capture the depth of their talent, the fire in their belly, or the real-world problems they had solved. Their potential was locked in a paper cage, waiting for a keyword-scanning robot to grant them a chance.

We knew there had to be a better way. We believed that true talent deserved to be seen, not just scanned.

This belief was the seed from which our entire ReelApps ecosystem grew. We didn't just want to build apps; we wanted to build a journey. We started with ReelCV, giving your professional story a dynamic home. But a story isn’t enough. We needed proof. So we built ReelProjects, a digital workshop where you could showcase your actual work—the code you wrote, the campaigns you ran, the designs you brought to life. This was your proof of skill, undeniable and tangible.
