Inspiration

The inspiration for Reel Rewind came from countless movie discussion communities, the boom in generative AI, and the opportunity to personalize the movie discussion experience. These factors were the key inspirations behind Reel Rewind.

What it does

Reel Rewind lets you discuss your favorite movies, imagine alternate scenes, and access a conversational AI chatbot for endless discussions about your favorite films and imagined scenarios.

How I built it

I built Reel Rewind using AWS Party Rock.

Challenges I ran into

Fortunately, I didn't encounter significant challenges during development. AWS Party Rock greatly simplifies building powerful applications and manages the complexities of LLM interactions.

What's next for Reel Rewind

I'm considering building a standalone application using AWS Bedrock for a more tailored user experience. This would also enable the LLM to access the internet, enhancing the accuracy and depth of its responses.
