Inspirations:

• Yale Student ID system (permitting entry, containing Eli bucks, certainly can be used to support the laundry system!)
• Big Way Hot Pot waitlist system

Challenges I faced:

• brainstorming feasible solutions to the efficiency issue given physical, technological, and financial constraints
• working out details about the waitlist system, finding a balance between not doing enough vs. being too strict and punitive
• working with 4 different software: would potentially have to make edits across all four just to make a small change
