Inspiration

We wanted to choose something that we were not experienced in and learn something new. When we saw the hardware we instantly knew that we wanted to work with it. We messed around with different sensors and displays but landed on the motion sensor since we though it was the most interesting. We

What it does

Our project simulates red light green light using a motion sensor.

How we built it

We used an Arduino uno and build circuits using a button, lcd display, motion sensor, and buzzer. We programmed it in Arduino using the IDE.

Challenges we ran into

We were not experienced with arduino, and had little experience with circuits, so troubleshooting proved difficult.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we were able to get it to work in the short amount of time we had

What we learned

We learned about arduino's coding language and how to debug sketches and fix circuits

Making more complex circuits with the knowledge we gained from building this one
