Inspiration

We were inspired of the different stories we read about online, and the stories shared by our friends who recently migrated to Singapore and the challenges they overcame to settle down in Singapore.

What it does

It is an one-stop solution application which allows the users to get personalised help and aids them in finding reliable services when they move to Singapore.

How we built it

We had to use an application building site, carrd.co to show our wireframing thoughts and express our ideas.

Challenges we ran into

We were unsure of how to create a digital web application by code, and could not find a collaborative tool to do it for free.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to successfully come up and execute our innovative idea which we hope will be implemented in future gov tech projects as we believe in our mission.

What we learned

We learnt about live wireframing, and how to create an application within 2 days. We also learnt more about the struggles faced by people who live overseas and want to move to Singapore.

What's next for Red Dot, Singapore Always with You

We hope to develop this into a full-fledged application using the proper code and resources. We hope to launch this application which will help people have a user-friendly experience when moving to Singapore
