Inspiration

We didn't really know where to recycle weird items so this hackathon gave us the idea to create this app

What it does

it allows the user to recycle specific types of materials at nearby centers

How we built it

using flutter, a google maps api, other packages, and photoshop

Challenges we ran into

We ran into problems with the theme data, thats why it looks a little weird in terms of color scheme.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of actually being able to use the google maps api because it was a little difficult to read the documentation

What we learned

How google maps' api cloud works and more functionality in flutter

What's next for Recycroid

More updates to the theme data, making everything look nice and further resources
