Inspiration

I was inspired mainly by the video game "Life is Strange," where each choice affects a particular outcome in the game. I thought to encourage more responsible recycling and to also show off my flair for (somewhat) creative writing, I chose to do a text-based game.

What it does

The amount of recycling will determine how the story progresses for the protagonist, Maggie Sommers, an agent from an unknown organization.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

Distractions from an unfortunately ill mom and also trying to decide how to deal with invalid entries.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I added a boolean to each method so that the story can progress in a logical manner

What we learned

Being patient for sure!

What's next for Recycling game

Add more sections and chapters to the story! Maybe also convert the current program into a game comprised of several classes, one for recycling, one for composting, etc.
