We wanted to encourage sustainability

It scans the items entering the bin, then users get points added to their account. They scan the QR code at the bins to access the info.

Built the app design and website on sketch, the database one my sql workbench, and the scanner function with javascript

Challenges we ran into- getting the images to upload

Accomplishments that we're proud of- collaborating as a team to overcome challengers and create a fun business and app idea

What we learned- more about sustainability, app development, and collaboration

What's next for Recycleley- hoping to expand its features, and connect the scanner so it can identify different materials
