How does it work
RecycleAI's image based machine learning model runs on Microsoft Azure's Computer Vision Studio. Our team trained an Object Detection ML model on a COCO dataset of photos of different types of recyclables using Microsoft Azure and implemented image editing using Python, while the app itself runs on React Native for iOS.

RecycleAI provides valuable insights on recyclability on-demand at the palm of your hand. The app allows users to more easily recognize what things around them might be recyclable, helping offset waste on your community.
