Every year, millions of students graduate with technical skills but struggle to secure internships and jobs because they lack interview experience, ATS-friendly resumes, personalized guidance, and continuous feedback.

Most existing platforms solve only one problem—either resume analysis, coding practice, or mock interviews. Students are forced to switch between multiple websites, making the preparation process fragmented and inefficient.

We wanted to build a single AI-powered ecosystem that acts like a personal career mentor—helping candidates prepare from the very first resume to the final interview.

That vision became RecruitPro.

Instead of giving only scores, RecruitPro explains mistakes, identifies missing skills, recommends projects, generates personalized learning plans, and continuously guides candidates toward becoming job-ready.

The backend communicates with AI models through carefully engineered prompts to generate contextual responses, detailed evaluations, and personalized recommendations.

Challenges we ran into

Building RecruitPro required solving several real-world engineering challenges.

Some of the biggest challenges included:

  • Designing a scalable multi-module architecture.
  • Making AI responses consistent across interviews.
  • Parsing resume PDFs accurately.
  • Integrating speech recognition with interview flow.
  • Making voice interviews feel natural.
  • Handling asynchronous frontend-backend communication.
  • Creating detailed AI evaluation reports instead of generic feedback.
  • Designing a clean, responsive UI with multiple interconnected modules.

Balancing user experience with AI performance was one of the most difficult aspects of the project.
