Inspiration

The inspiration behind RecruitMate stemmed from the challenges job seekers face when preparing for interviews. We wanted to create a supportive and interactive tool to assist users in honing their interview skills and boosting their confidence.

What it does

RecruitMate is a chatbot-driven Creative Assistant that guides users through interview preparation. Users input their name and role, engage in a conversation with the chatbot to answer role-specific and personal questions, and receive constructive feedback to enhance their interview performance.

How we built it

RecruitMate was built using PartyRock, leveraging generative AI techniques for prompt engineering. The chatbot's conversational abilities were refined through iterative testing and optimization.

Challenges we ran into

Developing a natural and effective conversational flow posed a challenge. We iteratively fine-tuned prompt engineering to ensure the chatbot's responses were both informative and engaging. Additionally, integrating a robust feedback mechanism required careful consideration.
