Inspiration: Recruiters lose valuable time on repetitive admin tasks. We set out to automate these processes, letting them focus on real talent evaluation.

What it does: Recruiter Assistant AI automates resume screening, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, and follow-ups in a single streamlined workflow, speeding up hiring and reducing manual work.

Challenges: We had to carefully balance automation with accuracy to avoid excluding good candidates and handle complex API integrations.

Accomplishments: We delivered a prototype that fully automates the hiring workflow while maintaining strong candidate matching and scheduling accuracy.

What we learned: We gained experience integrating AI with recruiting tools, managing APIs, and optimizing workflows for minimal manual effort without sacrificing quality.

Next steps: We’ll add more ATS integrations, refine candidate ranking with machine learning, and introduce analytics for recruiters to optimize their hiring funnel.
