Inspiration
The team lead did 10 interviews in a week (5 hours at 30 mins each), and the questions were entirely repetitive
What it does
A recruiting platform with recruiter and candidate sides. The candidate should be able to upload a resume, linkedin, Portfolio, and record a candidate interview. The recruiter should be able to upload a job description, list of specific questions they want to ask, and skills as well as characteristics they are looking for. There will be an agentic interview conducted which should provide the recruiter with a list of top candidates
