change require in State Maharashtra CET cell website

1.I have chosen State Maharashtra MHTCET cell website for recreating some of its features, UI. I myself have used this website more than 100 times during my MHT-CET Journey and I personally feel there are some changes required to make this website run smoothly according to users. 2.Currently, this website has contact numbers or helpline numbers just above the Task menu… so If I want to select among home, important dates and all then it happens almost 80% of time that you click on helpline numbers which is so irritating again and again. So I removed it as there is an option of contact us where same things are mentioned. Also I have placed menu button on that task bar itself instead of above it as it will get easily highlighted as every main menu user wants is there on that. There is an ongoing event written on left hand side of website which almost every user try to click but it's not functional and not in use. Also Notifications, News, Downloads sections are available but still this website provide you the same when you scroll. So there is no need of it if there is an already options available so why to confuse user and create more mess on home page. There is need help online assistant which answers only those questions which are there in its system better to include it in FAQs so user (students) can save their time without making a online assistant to understand their questions which will be surely not going to work. Also Syllabus ambiguity is most common so there must be study material section on current website which is need of students. Clicking on menu has option of login links as well as important links but CET website has again introduced two different boxes indicating Registered candidate or New registeration link which is there on home page itself. 3.As I was user of this website more than 4 to 5 months I have my own experience and so according to me and thinking from students perspective I made required changes . 4.My aim was to recreate website as simple as I can. Bymistakely Again and again clicking on helpline numbers waste students time so I removed it from topmost part instead it's there in contact us section obviously students can explore it there. Also I introduced study material option in taskbar where students can find their MHTCET syllabus and pyqs notes mock tests keeping in mind that students don't waste their time and money.on left side just below taskbar ongoing events is mentioned and users try to click it but it's not functional so I thought it should not be there so that users can't be impatient regarding it.
